Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, rehab facilities, senior centers, physicians, and other community partners
Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and community programs
Support client acquisition efforts through referral development, follow-up, and outreach strategies
Work with our SEO and marketing partners to support website updates, social media presence, email campaigns, and online visibility
Assist with coordinating blogs, newsletters, testimonials, and marketing materials that highlight client and caregiver stories
Work closely with client services and operations teams to support smooth intake and onboarding
Track outreach efforts, leads, and basic performance metrics
Ensure all marketing and sales activities align with healthcare advertising standards and ethical guidelines
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with community outreach, relationship-building, and follow-up
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media (training provided)
Interest in healthcare or home care a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
