Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with project leadership and team members across all disciplines
Consultant interactions
Produce accurate technical and contract documentation
Assist in creating inspired design solutions in a collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Experience working in an architectural office a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A solid foundation in architectural practice and BIM technology capability
Experience being involved in various aspects of projects, including project coordination, documentation, and ensuring alignment with project goals and schedules
Ability to contribute to architectural design process, supporting development of concepts and translating ideas into design solutions
Technical knowledge in architectural design principles, building codes, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Suite necessary
Ability to work as a team, contributing to our cohesive and effective work environment
People skills are a must in this position, as you will be interfacing with contractors and consultants as a representative of Studio 483
Preferred
Experience with SketchUp and Enscape a plus but not required
