CompIntelligence, Inc. is currently looking for a Project Manager focused on SaaS Delivery. The SaaS Delivery Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions across multiple domains, blending project management and business analysis responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Put AI and automation at the forefront of all our initiatives
Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS application implementations, upgrades, or enhancements
Define and document business requirements, personas, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for multi-vendor SaaS environments
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, SaaS vendors, solution consultants, and integration teams
Prepare project status reports and stakeholder updates using standard governance templates
Oversee UAT planning and execution with full traceability to requirements
Support deployment planning, cutover coordination, and post-go-live stabilization
Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure documentation, training, and business process materials are delivered and maintained

Required

Experience delivering SaaS or cloud-based technology solutions
Ability to write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Strong understanding of testing workflows and test case development
Experience coordinating cross-functional SaaS implementations
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
5+ years of technology project management experience, ideally with SaaS platforms

Preferred

Experience with FP&A, accounting, construction management, or compliance SaaS solutions
Familiarity with integration design, APIs, and vendor led implementation models
Knowledge of SDLC and modern project delivery frameworks (Agile/Iterative)
Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools
PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications preferred
