Responsibilities
Identify, compile, and code business requirements into data extraction frameworks that accurately reflect business needs and test the code to ensure quality and correctness
Prepare and deliver artifacts such as Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Test Cases
Develop, model, and analyze business processes to improve operational efficiency, quality, and compliance
Collaborate effectively across immediate teams, business stakeholders, and remote teams
Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality
Solve complex problems, propose alternative solutions, and resolve conflicts
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in the financial services industry
Hands-on involvement in analysis, design, development, enhancement, and implementation of software solutions
Advanced SQL skills with a strong understanding of relational data structures
Experience with financial industry data, including Bloomberg Market Data and WM Daten Market Data
Knowledge of financial systems, particularly post-trade compliance
Preferred
Experience in investment compliance testing and rules
Familiarity with data conversion mapping and testing
Understanding of financial services and banking industries
Experience in conversion and migration activities involving client deliverables and processes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or MIS preferred
