Demand Generation Manager
Winback.io is a company that helps modern brands win back lost customers and acquire new ones using personalized, highly targeted direct mail. They are seeking a Demand Generation Manager who will own the demand generation strategy from execution to reporting and directly impact company growth by building scalable demand programs.

Responsibilities
Own and execute the demand generation strategy across multiple channels (paid, organic, outbound, lifecycle, partnerships, and experimentation)
Build, optimize, and scale pipeline-generating campaigns for mid-market and enterprise buyers
Develop ICPs, buyer personas, and messaging that resonates with decision-makers
Partner with sales to ensure strong MQL → SQL → revenue conversion
Design and run campaigns that leverage personalization and targeting (bonus points if you’ve worked with non-traditional channels like direct mail)
Manage marketing automation, CRM workflows, attribution, and reporting
Analyze performance, test relentlessly, and double down on what works
Report on pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI—clearly and confidently
Qualification
Required
5+ years of demand generation experience in B2B
Demonstrated success generating pipeline and revenue —you can point to numbers, not just activity
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and attribution
Comfortable owning strategy and execution
Analytical, creative, and results-obsessed
Clear communicator who works well with sales and leadership
Preferred
Experience marketing to e-commerce or DTC
Experience with personalization, lifecycle marketing, or direct mail
Startup or growth-stage company experience and mindset
