Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of process data to identify patterns, correlations, and trends that impact production line performance
Use statistical methods to provide insights that drive improvements in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as output, yield, and quality
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels
Utilize data from MES, SCADA and cloud databases to generate reports and provide insights for decision making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine and optimize manufacturing processes
Utilize data-driven approaches to recommend process changes, equipment upgrades, or operational adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall production outcomes
Work lineside to validate MES/ERP systems, ensuring data integrity from the process to storage in databases, and documenting the full data cycle from collection to utilization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production development environment
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools
Experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, and process optimization
Hands-on experience with production line data collection and analysis
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience working with SCADA, MES, and/or Industrial IoT systems is highly desirable but not required
