Responsibilities

Develop visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly dashboards and reports using Qlik Cloud
Advise program areas on effective data visualizations and analytical approaches
Collaborate with data engineers to gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
Apply statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, correlations, anomalies, and insights
Interpret data using aggregation and advanced analytical techniques
Work with stakeholders to identify KPIs and develop performance metrics
Optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes
Monitor data quality and recommend data cleansing or enhancement solutions
Stay current with industry best practices in data visualization and analytics
Partner with cross-functional teams to promote data-driven decision-making
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and colleagues

Required

3–5 years of experience in data visualization and analysis
Experience gathering and cleaning data from multiple sources
Knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred

3–5 years of experience with Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud
Experience with Alteryx
Experience with Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar tools
3+ years of experience working with environmental or scientific data
