Responsibilities

Provide a high level of administrative support to a team of senior Engineering executives
Play a vital part in supporting various projects and programs
Collaborate closely with a team of Administrative Assistants who assist our office leadership
Be a key contributor to the leadership team, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently
Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of our office leadership team including the management of their travel, expense, calendars, meeting and call scheduling, document preparation, and outgoing communications
Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare initial drafts of minutes and summaries
Build strong working relationships other administrative staff and senior leaders

Required

High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 9 years of experience supporting a senior executive team
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills and an ability to build working relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Problem-solving ability, with a resourceful can-do attitude

Preferred

Prior experience in a corporate environment is preferred
Familiarity with Concur is a plus
