The Data & Business Analyst will analyze key performance data across various departments to provide insights that drive business efficiency and improve customer engagement.
Education
Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources including marketing funnels, CRM systems, call center operations, and financial reporting tools
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations (preferably in Power BI) to track KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders
Partner with Marketing to optimize campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
Support Operations by analyzing call center metrics such as response times, agent performance, customer satisfaction, and efficiency trends
Collaborate with Finance and FP&A to align operational performance with revenue and cost drivers, supporting forecasting and budget processes
Identify and interpret trends, patterns, and outliers in data to guide decision-making
Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and standardize data definitions
Assist in building predictive models and forecasts to improve planning and resource allocation
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Advanced Excel/SQL skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in simple terms
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Curious self-starter with relentless follow through
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools; Power BI experience a plus
Preferred
Experience in mid-size or private equity backed companies is preferred
Experience in a B2C marketing-driven organization a plus
