Responsibilities

Develop and improve complete formulations for beverage applications concepts that meet technical and sensory requirements for projects and presentations including support for the Bench
Support the Flavorists by creating applications and bases to evaluate flavors
Support Sales and Marketing with technical presentations
Efficiently and effectively duplicate beverages by employing reverse engineering techniques
Diagnose and problem solve formulation difficulties for clients
Reliable, predictable attendance is required
Responsible for controlling physical contaminants, properly storing personal items, and reporting suspicious people or activities to their supervisor

Qualification

Food ScienceBeverage ApplicationsFlavor ExperienceTechnical AbilitiesLaboratory ExperienceProject ManagementPresentation Skills

Required

Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Chemistry or related field
3 years minimum of beverage applications experience
Experience working with flavors required
Proven technical and innovative abilities
Strong understanding of food and beverage science principles
Prior laboratory experience
Reliable, predictable attendance is required
Responsible for controlling physical contaminants, properly storing personal items, and reporting suspicious people or activities to their supervisor

Preferred

Project management experience is preferred
Ability to present and speak in front of large groups preferred
