Responsibilities

Provide a professional partnership from Human Resources to employees and management to ensure strategic HR alignment
Lead and coordinate a variety of human resource functions in the areas of employee relations, training and employee development, recruiting/staffing, performance management, policy and procedure interpretation and implementation, compensation and legal compliance
Consult with employees and managers on HR-related needs throughout the employee life-cycle and data analysis
Supervise others as needed

Qualification

Required

Must possess a valid Colorado driver's license
Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment
Minimum of five (5) years full-time experience in human resources or a related field
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, human resources, or a related field

Preferred

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR, or another nationally recognized HR certification
