Responsibilities

Establish and lead the Vendor Management Office (VMO), including governance, policies, and operating models
Define and execute corporate vendor strategy aligned to IT and Digital roadmaps
Own IT & Digital vendor contracts, partnering with Legal on negotiations and risk mitigation
Lead pricing, commercial, and licensing negotiations (SaaS, cloud, managed services, professional services)
Govern RFP/RFI/RFQ processes for major technology initiatives
Implement vendor performance metrics and manage strategic vendor relationships
Build, coach, and lead teams while driving accountability and results

Required

7+ years in IT/Digital vendor management, strategic sourcing, or technology procurement
Proven experience leading or operating within a VMO or vendor governance function
Strong background negotiating technology contracts and commercial terms
Hands-on experience leading complex RFPs
Excellent executive communication, financial, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

MBA or certifications (CPSM, CPM, ITIL, CISM) a plus
