They are seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools to enhance productivity and communication within the organization.

Responsibilities
Assist in the administration and configuration of Exchange Online, including mailbox management, transport rules, and retention policies
Support SharePoint Online site creation, permissions management, and content lifecycle tasks
Help manage Microsoft Teams policies, team lifecycle, and integration with other M365 services
Assist in the adoption and governance of Microsoft Copilot features across M365 apps
Support group-based license assignments in Azure AD, ensuring accurate and efficient provisioning of Microsoft 365 services
Entra SSO application onboarding and integrations
Entra Application Registration management
Monitor license usage and availability and assist in forecasting future needs
Assist with franchise billing processes, including tracking license consumption by franchise, preparing usage reports, and supporting chargeback or cost allocation models
Monitor and maintain Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 jobs, ensuring data integrity and recoverability
Assist in backup testing, reporting, and compliance audits
Provide Tier 1–2 support for collaboration tools, escalating complex issues as needed
Help create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials
Participate in onboarding sessions and workshops to promote best practices
Assist in identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using Power Automate or scripting
Support efforts to streamline collaboration workflows and improve user experience
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services and administration
Experience with Entra SSO application onboarding
Experience in license management and billing processes
Strong communication and documentation skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a cloud-first IT environment
Preferred
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is a plus
Exposure to backup solutions like Veeam Backup for 365 is desirable
