Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations and general office paperwork
Create and maintain spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and documents (Microsoft Word)
Assist with invoicing and basic administrative accounting tasks
Monitor schedules and support operational coordination
Answer phones, respond to emails, and conduct follow-up communication
Support route planning and scheduling for drivers
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Provide administrative support to management and operations as needed
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliable, and detail-oriented
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
