Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with expertise in Windows Server, VMware virtualization, and Active Directory (AD) as primary skills
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex enterprise environments, along with additional knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms
This role requires on-site presence at the customer’s location to provide hands-on support and collaborate closely with the client’s IT teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory
Strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies including vSphere, ESXi hosts, and vCenter Server management
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory design, group policy management, DNS, DHCP, and replication
Experience with Windows Server versions 2012, 2016, 2019, or newer
Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms, including compute, storage, and identity services
Ability to support hybrid cloud environments and integrate on-premises infrastructure with cloud services
Solid understanding of virtualization best practices, resource allocation, and performance tuning
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, VMware, and cloud environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with customer teams on-site
Willingness to work from the customer's location as required
Preferred
Certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
Experience with automation and scripting tools like PowerShell, VMware PowerCLI, or cloud automation frameworks
Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance, and governance in virtualized and cloud environments
