Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting under US GAAP
Support development and implementation of accounting policies and controls
Conduct technical accounting research and document findings
Ensure SOX compliance and maintain related documentation
Prepare materials for flux analysis and support external audits
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of experience (public accounting strongly preferred)
Strong US GAAP knowledge; SOX experience a plus
Technical accounting research experience required (industry or public)
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast‑paced SaaS environment
