Mid LevelAltexSoft is seeking an experienced and proactive Delivery Operations Specialist to enhance their delivery-related operational processes. The role involves ownership of delivery operations, resource planning, payroll processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities
Own and coordinate core delivery operational processes
Prepare agendas
Document decisions and action items, delivering them to responsible stakeholders and facilitating execution
Prepare and distribute follow-ups
Track execution and support stakeholders in completing agreed actions
Monitor delivery operations and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and process gaps
Support continuous improvement and optimization of delivery and PMO processes
Support with events organization and execution
Support and coordinate resource planning activities
Maintain and analyze bench and capacity data
Facilitate resourcing and recruiting sync-up meetings
Take ownership of payroll-related operational processes
Coordinate with PMs, DMs, Engineering leadership, and Finance to validate and correct payroll data
Track deadlines and follow up on missing or inconsistent inputs
Coordinate preparation of candidates for client interviews
Prepare and maintain client-facing CVs
Support project start and client onboarding-related delivery processes
Prepare presentations and analytical materials (delivery metrics, operational results, status reports)
Coordinate delivery-related meetings and internal events
Manage calendars and scheduling for delivery stakeholders
Collect, consolidate, and analyze delivery and operational data
Act as a coordination point between Delivery Management, PMs, and other stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience working in the IT industry, preferably in delivery, operations, PMO, HR or project coordination roles
Good understanding of delivery and project life cycles
Strong ownership and accountability mindset
Ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed end-to-end
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to dive into complex processes
Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
Preferred
Hands-on experience with PM and delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.)
