Responsibilities

Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using personalized, targeted communication that avoids generic templating
Conducting campus tours and events that explicitly demonstrate how and why our teaching model is faster, and who benefits most
Managing the complete admissions funnel, from applications and shadow days through decision calls and onboarding
Maintaining CRM and SIS data that is accurate, up-to-date, and prepared for weekly analysis, particularly in HubSpot
Improving our admissions materials, SOPs, and FAQs using real-time feedback from parent conversations and conversion metrics

Required

3+ years managing full-cycle admissions at a competitive, tuition-based academic institution
Demonstrated success leading selective enrollment processes from inquiry through final decision
Outstanding communication abilities across writing, presenting, and individual engagement
Comfort and confidence working with high-net-worth families and discerning decision-makers
Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (especially HubSpot), time management, and meticulous attention to detail
Currently located in or willing to relocate to Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Palm Beach, FL; or Dallas, TX
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred

Background in elite K–12 private school or competitive college admissions
Experience designing and executing high-touch, high-conversion events
Proficiency with reporting, metrics, and data-driven decision-making
Knowledge of AI-powered or mastery-based education models
