Responsibilities
You will serve as a technical expert on Aircraft Wiring Support Equipment Commodity (AWSEC) projects
You will lead hardware design, writing equipment specifications, reviewing drawing packages, and managing the technical aspects of new acquisitions (e.g., risk assessment, system integration, testing)
You will provide recommendations to all levels of NAWC and NAVAIR management on equipment installation, performance, and operational safety
You will represent NAWC and NAVAIR at high-level conferences and meetings and provide technical advice to manufacturing contractors
You will serve as a technical consultant on technological progress in aircraft wiring and fiber optics
