Required

Demonstrated ability to perform complex legal work
Experience in a legal office
Experience drafting, proofing and editing legal documents and legal correspondence
Knowledge and experience with litigation matters
Ability to provide legal support/assistance to attorneys
Ability to produce work product in a legal context
Strong knowledge and understanding of the California Style Manual
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and short timelines
Ability to work with multiple levels of staff and management
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare correspondence independently, with minimal grammatical errors
Ability to professionally and effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Keen attention to detail
Punctuality, dependability, and reliability
