Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into scalable application solutions and enhancements
Lead and develop a team of developers and a database administrator
Design, build, and integrate applications using modern development tools and best practices
Support and enhance business-critical applications, including reporting and data access
Manage third-party software vendors and external development partners
Establish and maintain software development standards, documentation, and policies
Ensure alignment with quality systems and manage audits related to development practices
Communicate effectively with IT leadership and business stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of application development
5+ years of managing and leading a team
Must have experience supporting and developing in an ERP environment
Strong understanding of data structures, databases, and TSQL
Working knowledge of modern development languages (object-oriented and visual)
Experience building system integrations and working with web services (SOAP/REST)
Ability to work within both Agile and waterfall development environments
Proven people leadership and team development experience
Preferred
Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, or Visual Basic
ERP application support experience; SAP exposure a plus
Scrum Master certification preferred
