Mid LevelAuthentic Group of Companies is looking for an IBM Tririga/Maximo Software Developer to provide development and optimization services for their existing CAFM application. The role involves creating and redefining dimensions, rules, and processes, supporting upgrades, and collaborating with other developers and analysts.

Responsibilities
Provides development and optimization services for the existing IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application
This includes creating and defining or redefining, dimensions, rules, and processes to align with evolving agency requirements
Develops processes that are streamlined with the data model and enhances performance
Supports the upgrade of IBM Tririga application by upgrading environment, planning and executing content migration with minimal business disruption, and managing the transition of upgrades
Develops, modifies, and supports report writing with BIRT
Modifies existing Tririga components to improve the agency’s process, maintenance and improve system efficiency
Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs
Testing and evaluating new programs
Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Facilities Manager
Experience as a Real Estate Manager
Experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products for a minimum of 1 contract
Experience in Tririga Projects Version 10
Experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager
