Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual, corporate, and/or partnership tax returns
Assist with audit engagements, financial statement preparation, and supporting documentation
Reconcile accounts, maintain general ledgers, and ensure financial accuracy
Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders regarding financial information
Stay current with accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Preferred
CPA license welcome but not required
Experience in tax preparation, audit, or public accounting strongly preferred
Internship or entry-level accounting experience acceptable for junior candidates
