Responsibilities
Facilitating live virtual workshop experiences by overseeing breakout rooms, timing, transitions, and group dynamics
Driving student participation using chat interactions, verbal affirmations, gentle prompts, and one-on-one touchpoints
Maintaining student engagement, confidence, and connection across the learning day
Supporting lead educators with operational tasks that ensure sessions proceed without disruption
Serving as a reliable, positive presence across student clubs and life-skills programming
Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by keeping students engaged, organized, and motivated throughout every workshop session
Qualification
Required
Available to begin on August 1, 2026
Minimum of 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with youth
Educated within U.S., Canadian, or U.K. school systems (K–16); must have attended school in one of these countries
Excellent communication skills and strong fluency with digital tools and platforms
Student-centered, energizing presence with keen attention to detail and seamless facilitation
Available to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm U.S. Mountain Time (UTC-7)
Willing to work in a hybrid role in Arizona
