Senior Paid Media Strategist
Professional Contractor Supply is one of the fastest-growing industrial tool and supply companies in the country, and they are seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist for their e-commerce team. This role manages and optimizes paid advertising performance across multiple brands and domains, driving sales growth and improving spend efficiency through disciplined campaign management and collaboration with the E-commerce team.

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day strategy and execution of paid search and shopping programs across multiple advertising accounts and Company domains, including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, ensuring alignment to revenue and efficiency goals
Manage large advertising budgets, pacing spend appropriately while optimizing for core KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and contribution margin efficiency
Architect, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max (or equivalent), remarketing/audience solutions, and other applicable formats based on business needs
Lead ongoing account optimization: keyword strategy, search query mining, bidding and budget strategy, ad copy/creative testing, audience strategy, landing page alignment, and geo/device/daypart optimization
Serve as the primary owner of product feed performance for ads accounts: Google Merchant Center, feed rules, attributes, taxonomy, promotions, and product eligibility
Drive improvements in feed quality and coverage by partnering cross-functionally with the Ecommerce team to enhance product data and other structured data that impacts shopping performance
Identify and execute opportunities to expand product ad reach and profitability (e.g., segmentation by category/margin, custom labels, inventory prioritization, promotional overlays)
Establish and maintain measurement integrity: conversion tracking, enhanced conversions where applicable, GA4 integrations, UTM governance, and platform-side attribution settings
Build and maintain performance reporting and insights (weekly/monthly dashboards and narratives), translating results into clear recommendations and prioritized action plans
Proactively develop test roadmaps (incrementality-minded experimentation when feasible): ad copy testing, bid strategy tests, shopping/feed tests, segmentation tests, and new feature/platform betas
Lead rollout of new marketing initiatives (e.g., new product lines, seasonal shifts, category expansion, competitive/market changes, channel feature changes, entering new paid media inventory), including documentation of learnings and playbooks
Monitor marketplace and platform policy changes (merchant policies, restricted products, trademark compliance, privacy changes), ensuring accounts remain compliant and resilient
Maintain punctuality and regular and reliable attendance
Participate in fostering an organizational culture that values innovation, promotes inclusion, and inspires excellence in the work environment
Protect and maintain the confidentiality of company trade secrets and other confidential and proprietary information including, without limitation, pricing information and sales data
Complete projects and assignments on time
Other related duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-budget PPC/search advertising accounts with proven performance improvement outcomes
Deep expertise in Google Ads account management, account structure strategy, and advanced optimization techniques
Strong ecommerce background; Shopify experience preferred, including familiarity with how product data and site changes impact paid media performance
Demonstrated expertise in data feed management for product ads (Merchant Center, feed diagnostics, attributes, custom labels, disapprovals, supplemental feeds/feed rules, promotions)
Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics/reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio or similar, Excel/Sheets)
Ability to translate business goals into measurable PPC strategy and communicate performance clearly to cross-functional partners
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple domains/accounts simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving skills; comfortable operating in a test-and-learn environment and driving new approaches when conditions change
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Ecommerce and other teams
Enthusiasm for working in an organization where structure is evolving and flexibility and teamwork are necessities
