Director of Talent and Organization Effectiveness

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and HR Business Partners on organization design, workforce transformation, and talent strategy
Lead enterprise-level org design initiatives including capability mapping, role architecture, governance models, and operating model redesign
Assess organizational health, culture dynamics, and performance gaps using structured diagnostic tools, translating findings into strategic recommendations
Facilitate executive visioning, leadership alignment, and organizational strategy workshops
Lead workforce planning initiatives to align talent strategies with business goals
Use AI-driven tools and predictive analytics to model workforce scenarios and identify future talent needs
Consult on dashboards and reporting tools to monitor workforce metrics and trends
Design and evolve integrated talent systems including performance management, learning, leadership development, and succession planning
Partner with leaders to develop capability roadmaps, build future-ready skills, and strengthen leadership pipelines
Leverage human-centered design principles to develop learning and development experiences that scale across the enterprise
Lead change strategy development for digital modernization, operating model shifts, HR transformation, and enterprise program rollouts
Build communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness assessments that ensure adoption and long-term sustainability
Coach leaders and teams through transformation, navigating complexity and ambiguity with clarity and structure
Introduce EX-aligned practices that improve culture, employee experience, and talent engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, IO Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
7+ years in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, management consulting, HR transformation, or enterprise change
Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence across a matrixed organization
Strong analytical skills, including experience with data visualization and statistical tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in IO Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
Experience applying AI or machine learning in HR or organizational contexts
Familiarity with tools such as Workday, Visier, Tableau, or other HR analytics platforms
