Responsibilities

Lead L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications
Act as the primary escalation point for critical production issues
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes
Ensure SLA adherence for incident, problem, and change management
Review logs, monitor system health, and proactively identify risks
Lead minor enhancements, bug fixes, and code reviews
Support release deployments and post-production validation
Mentor and guide junior team members
Participate in on-call/rotation support as required

Strong L2/L3 production support experience

Experience in identifying risks proactively
