The CaptionCall RMA Technician is responsible for managing the lifecycle of returned CaptionCall phones, including testing, refurbishing, and preparing devices for redeployment while ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Receive, sign for, process, and organize daily inbound shipments of returned CaptionCall phones and repackaging materials
Test returned devices for functionality and cosmetic condition, ensuring quality standards are met
Document test results and maintain accurate records in the RMA system
Manage the RMA process by determining final disposition of returned products based on established criteria (refurbish and repackage for field use, return to manufacturer, or recycle)
Refurbish operational devices and prepare them for redeployment or shipment as required
Meet or exceed daily testing and productivity quotas established by Warehouse Management
Organize and prioritize warehouse components to support efficient operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while adhering to all internal safety procedures
Support additional warehouse operations as assigned by the supervisor, including order preparation and fulfillment
Demonstrate flexibility by accepting and completing new tasks and assignments as directed
Contribute positively as a team player with a strong work ethic and professional attitude
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in a warehouse Environment
Intermediate Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet daily goals in a fast-paced, quality-controlled environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods and work with a computer
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, and reach as required in a warehouse setting
Positive attitude, team player, good interpersonal communication skills and able to work across company departments
