Responsibilities
Supports the quality control and assurance functions of the Transfusion Services, Biologics, and diagnostic testing laboratories
Supports continuous improvement efforts, maintains documentation, and helps resolve quality issues to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Participates in internal audits and helps maintain occurrence management and complaint management systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience (One year of education equals one year of experience) required
Ability to interpret SOPs, specifications, and technical documentation required
Basic data analysis and report writing skills required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy required
Effective communication and teamwork abilities required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required
Preferred
Experience working in hospital, diagnostic laboratory, or manufacturing environment preferred
Familiarity with quality management systems preferred
