This role involves providing Level 1 support for enterprise applications and assisting end-users with functional questions and access issues.

Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 support for enterprise applications (SSRS, SQL, ERP, CLM, International Operations)
Escalate complex issues to development, infrastructure, or vendor teams when needed
Assist end‑users with functional questions, access issues, and workflow problems
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings
Work closely with cross‑functional teams (IT, DevOps, QA, business units)
Participate in resolving user-reported issues by analyzing logs, reproducing problems, and proposing solutions
Qualification
Required
H.S. Diploma/GED plus College Degree seeking student; or recent graduate and <1 year relevant experience
Provide Level 1 support for enterprise applications (SSRS, SQL, ERP, CLM, International Operations)
Escalate complex issues to development, infrastructure, or vendor teams when needed
Assist end‑users with functional questions, access issues, and workflow problems
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings
Work closely with cross‑functional teams (IT, DevOps, QA, business units)
Participate in resolving user-reported issues by analyzing logs, reproducing problems, and proposing solutions
Knowledge of SQL for basic queries and troubleshooting
Understanding of networking basics, authentication, and security protocols
Ability to stoop, bend, kneel or crouch
Ability to stand, walk and sit
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Visual ability correctable to 20/20
Sitting up to 90% of the day
Ability to respond verbally in an understandable, professional manner in person and over the telephone
Manual dexterity to input data into the computer and the calculator and operate the equipment listed above
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
