Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Build and maintain backend services (Node.js/TypeScript, Hono, BullMQ)
Work with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, voice engines)
Implement integrations with external services (Stripe, Telnyx, calendars, CRMs)
Write clean, secure, well-tested code using Vitest
Use AI coding tools daily – we expect you to vibe code and ship fast
Communicate proactively – flag blockers, ask questions, propose solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years backend development experience (Node.js/TypeScript preferred)
Proficient with AI coding tools – you already vibe code with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
Security-first mindset: You understand secrets management, never commit API keys
AI project experience: Worked with LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, or conversational AI
Autonomous worker: Can take a task from spec to PR without constant oversight
Strong English communication: Clear written updates, comfortable on video calls
Available 9am-5pm EST for overlap with team
Preferred
Experience with voice AI or telephony integrations
Queue-based microservices architecture experience
