Responsibilities

Conducting focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
Creating personalized motivation strategies using gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student data to improve instructional approaches and identify actionable trends
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-supported content that helps early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency

Qualification

Advanced reading certificationMaster's degree in readingSmall-group reading interventionsAI/adaptive learning platformsDifferentiated instruction

Required

Advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting to student interactions within those systems
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Able to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
