This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, financial performance, and delivery governance across multiple programs, particularly in Consumer Technology and enterprise AI initiatives.

Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end account delivery , ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, timelines, and financial targets
Lead multiple concurrent programs, including Consumer Tech platforms and AI‑driven initiatives
Act as the primary client interface and escalation point , managing executive‑level stakeholders
Lead large transformation programs , driving measurable business outcomes
Own account P&L , including revenue realization, margin optimization, and cost control
Partner with Sales and Account teams to support growth, renewals, and value‑add opportunities
Lead global onsite/offshore teams , driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement
Establish governance forums including QBRs, Steering Committees, and Executive Reviews
Qualification
Required
15+ years in Delivery, Program, or Account Management roles
Proven experience managing large client accounts ($8–15M)
Strong Retail / Consumer Technology domain experience
Demonstrated success in large transformation programs, including digital and AI initiatives
Extensive experience with onsite/offshore delivery models
Excellent customer handling, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models
