Responsibilities
Manage and maintain updates, including UCN HFPU lookups, phone number updates, distribution lists, and temporary surgeon updates
Monitor incoming case submissions, acknowledge receipt, and communicate status updates to Sales Consultants
Take meeting minutes for Leadership and Network calls and distribute action items
Create and maintain trackers for issues, pain points, escalations, and improvement opportunities
Follow up with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed and escalate as needed
Act as a primary communication liaison between the site and Sales Consultants
Respond to inbound messages or coordinate with on-site team members who have deeper context to provide accurate responses
Track team to-dos and hold individuals accountable for follow-through
Assist with product logistics, including locating and picking products from shelves when needed
Support budgeting and expense tracking, including basic analysis and reporting
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of follow-through
Proactive, confident communicator who is comfortable 'chasing down' answers and deliverables
High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and basic data analysis (training provided)
Willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution
Hungry, driven, and eager to take ownership in a non-glamorous but highly impactful role
