Responsibilities

Perform daily cashiering activities, including processing checks, bulk payments, finalizing routes, and clearing drivers
Maintain and update settlement logs, deposit logs, RPAS/NSFS documentation, and ticket submissions as needed
Support general administrative functions such as paperwork processing, filing, organization, and location support
Assist with recordkeeping and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Work cross-functionally with other departments to support daily operations
Provide general office support as assigned

Required

Previous administrative or clerical experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with cash handling and logs
Basic computer skills and comfort working with administrative systems
Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Preferred

Experience with cashiering, settlements, or cash handling
Prior experience in a fast-paced office or operations environment
