Responsibilities
Designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports information technology solutions to meet operational and clinical needs
Also, provides consultation for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation
Understands system options and configurations completely and can suggest and lead teams through decisions on the best way to configure and utilize the system
Analyzes, designs, and makes recommendations to improve existing systems and/or methods, and provide written, detailed reports
Creates thorough system design and build documentation
Collaborates with other analysts, staff, vendors, and leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Other in related field or 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree
3 years working with systems analysis programming/design
Epic Mychart, Epiccarelink or CareEverywhere experience and/or certification required
Extensive experience configuring and supporting Epic MyChart functionality, including patient portal setup, proxy access, and patient communications
Proven expertise in EpicCare Link, enabling secure inter-organizational patient data sharing and referral management
Demonstrated proficiency with Epic CareEverywhere for seamless health information exchange and patient record retrieval across different healthcare organizations
Experience in the implementation, optimization, and support of Epic applications on mobile devices (e.g., Haiku, Rover, MyChart mobile app)
5 years of additional relevant experience: application support, implementation; or
Development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry
EPIC Certification, within 120 Days
