Responsibilities
Support manager will provide business support for the business operations organization within Wealth Management Technology (“WMT”)
Resource strategy, leadership meeting planning and execution, team routines, workspace governance, and organizational health
Partner with the business operations executive and other business support managers in WMT to serve as the point person for coordination of various business activities
Include personnel processes, workspace, resource strategy, business continuity, centralized reporting and special programs, third party monitoring, and tracking and maintaining the work the team delivers
Qualification
Required
Business support experience in the financial industry
Experience in resource strategy and leadership meeting planning
Ability to coordinate various business activities
Experience with personnel processes and workspace governance
Knowledge of business continuity and centralized reporting
Experience in third party monitoring and tracking work deliverables
