Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets
Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for federal stakeholders
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights
Support data-driven decision making for mission and program teams
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and government personnel
Ensure compliance with federal data security and governance standards
Document methodologies, assumptions, and results per program requirements
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of experience in data analysis or data science
Proficiency in Python and/or R
Strong SQL experience querying relational databases
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
Preferred
Experience supporting federal, DoD, or civilian government programs
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or GCP)
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive analytics
Experience working with large or complex datasets
Prior cleared or clearance-eligible program experience
