Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Senior Business Process Reengineering Specialist to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for five long-standing web applications. The role involves analyzing current-state business processes and application behavior to identify gaps affecting efficiency, risk, compliance, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of five web applications, including their underlying architecture, business functions, workflows, and data flows

Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support ( KTLO ) as well as support for new initiatives and enhancement projects

Analyze current-state processes and system designs, and design, develop, and implement future-state processes and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and service delivery

Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with architects, developers, business analysts, QA, business stakeholders, and security teams to establish shared understanding, resolve ambiguity, and enable informed decision-making

Required

Extensive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, documentation, training, and service delivery

Proven ability to analyze and design current-state ('as-is') and future-state ('to-be') process models and workflows

Strong experience creating system and functional documentation, test cases covering multiple scenarios, and training materials in alignment with SEM/SUITE standards
