Required
Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret and derive insights from complex data
Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Modeling
Knowledge of statistical methods and the ability to apply Statistics to analyze data
Effective Communication skills to present data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with teams
Preferred
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R is highly advantageous
Experience in the consulting industry or similar environments is a plus
