Responsibilities
Developing and coaching Guides to facilitate Alpha's workshops at a world-class standard
Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design high-impact learning experiences, and address common obstacles
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that drives student participation and success
Personally coaching a small student cohort to demonstrate exemplary motivational and mentorship techniques
Qualification
Required
Currently located in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams
Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics for decision-making and ongoing improvement
Authorized to work legally in the United States
