Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with monthly close and basic financial reports
Support revenue tracking and sales-related accounting, including HubSpot
Manage sales tax calculations and compliance using Avalara AvaTax
Maintain organized documentation and records
Work with internal teams and external accountants as needed
Handle and access customer financial and transactional data in accordance with company and customer requirements
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting
QuickBooks experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in an in-office setting
U.S. citizenship is required due to customer contractual and data access requirements
Preferred
Experience with HubSpot preferred
Experience with Avalara AvaTax a strong plus
