Responsibilities
Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using personalized, targeted communication that avoids templated language
Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate precisely how and why our teaching is faster, and which families benefit most
Managing the complete admissions process, from applications and shadow days through decision calls and family onboarding
Maintaining clean, updated CRM and SIS records for weekly performance reviews, particularly within HubSpot
Improving admissions materials, standard procedures, and FAQs using live parent feedback and conversion metrics
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing end-to-end admissions at a competitive, tuition-based academic institution
Documented success in overseeing selective enrollment from initial inquiry through final enrollment
Outstanding communication abilities across writing, presenting, and personal interaction
Comfort and competence engaging with high-net-worth families and sophisticated decision-makers
Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (especially HubSpot), effective time management, and meticulous attention to detail
Currently located in or willing to relocate to Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Palm Beach, FL; or Dallas, TX
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Background in elite K–12 private school or competitive college admissions
Experience delivering high-touch, high-conversion events
Proficiency with reporting, analytics, and data-informed decision-making
Knowledge of AI-powered or mastery-based education models
