Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight of multi-site EV infrastructure construction projects nationwide, ensuring consistent execution across markets
Act as master task organizer, aligning engineering, procurement, construction, utilities, subcontractors, and customers to aggressive delivery schedules
Negotiate, execute, and manage subcontractor contracts across the U.S., including civil, concrete, earthwork, electrical, and specialty trades
Apply strong working knowledge of concrete construction, civil engineering, earth moving, trenching, foundations, and light pole relocation to support constructability and field execution
Manage tight delivery timelines, proactively resolving constructability, utility, logistics, and site challenges
Qualification
Required
Accountable for the national execution, standardization, and performance of EV charging station construction within an EPC / design-build environment
Oversees multiple concurrent projects across the U.S
Ensures schedule certainty, cost control, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
Builds scalable systems, subcontractor networks, and high-performing teams to support rapid deployment
