Responsibilities
Defend trucking and transportation-related litigation matters from inception through resolution
Handle commercial trucking and transportation claims, including catastrophic injury cases
Manage discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances
Work closely with insurers, adjusters, and clients on case strategy
Assist with trial preparation, mediations, and settlements
Qualification
Required
2–8 years of overall litigation experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on trucking and transportation experience (mandatory)
Strong background in Trucking & Transportation Law
Strong background in Insurance Defense
Strong background in Premises Liability
Strong background in Commercial Trucking
Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage cases independently in a hybrid setting
