Sales Manager
Nicholas and Company Inc. Foodservice is a family-owned business that has been delivering quality and integrity since 1939. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead and manage their casino team, focusing on driving sales and improving customer satisfaction in the Las Vegas, Reno, and Wendover markets.

Responsibilities
30% Travel within Nevada. (Position is remote Las Vegas or remote Reno)
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Negotiate contracts and agreements with casino clients to secure bookings and ensure favorable terms
Attend industry events and conferences to promote Nicholas and Company and expand the casino client base
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability within the casino sector
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends within the casino sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with casino clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored foodservice solutions
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
Qualification
Required
At least 5-years foodservice sales and/or management experience in the Las Vegas or Reno Casino markets is a firm requirement for this leadership role
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to have strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving sales target
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft office suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
