Client Engagement Coordinator

The International Institute for Analytics (IIA) provides independent, authoritative assessment and research services to enterprises transitioning to data-driven operations. They are seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to facilitate interactions between clients and data & analytics experts, ensuring client needs are met through effective communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate meetings between clients and IIA experts, ensuring smooth scheduling and logistical arrangements
Sit in on client meetings alongside IIA experts, actively participating in discussions and taking comprehensive notes
Facilitate productive dialogue between clients and IIA experts, ensuring that objectives are clearly communicated and understood
Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences and requirements, providing valuable insights to enhance our services
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client needs and objectives
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and engagements, ensuring that all relevant information is documented and easily accessible
Stay updated on industry trends and developments in data & analytics, continuously expanding knowledge and expertise

Qualification

Client-facing experienceMSFT Suite masteryGoogle Suite proficiencySalesforce experienceNote-taking proficiencyData conceptsCommunication skillsOrganizational abilities

Required

Proven experience in client-facing roles; experience within data & analytics organizations a plus
Interest in data and analytics either as a student or professional
Tools: Mastery of MSFT Suite, Google Suite, Dropbox, Slack; prior experience using Salesforce; knowledge of leading calendaring software (Calendly, for example)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Highly organized, schedule-based mindset and prior experience working in a structured project-driven environments; excellent organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in note-taking and documentation, ensuring that important details are captured accurately
Familiarity with data & analytics vocabulary, concepts and technologies a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
