Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for administrative and operational management to support organizational leadership
Represent leadership in critical meetings and projects related to operations, risk, and team progress as needed
Ensure availability and accuracy of key metrics and executive reporting to inform decision-making
Monitor and prioritize active projects, keeping leadership informed of significant issues requiring immediate attention
Collaborate with other functional groups on process changes, policy updates, compliance, and department-wide communications
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualification
Required
Manage administrative, financial, and operational activities within the organization
Function as the primary liaison between senior management and employees or stakeholders
Provide oversight and guidance on high-priority projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Ensure timely reporting of operational performance
Manage financial, risk, compliance, and human resource functions
Enable informed decision-making and maintain operational efficiency across multiple departments
Serve as the primary contact for administrative and operational management to support organizational leadership
