The role involves leading the evolution of an AI-driven ecosystem and making critical technical trade-offs to optimize student outcomes through innovative product development.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining deep expertise in education product development to inform strategic choices
Creating technical specifications that resolve critical architectural decisions and emphasize simplicity, operational efficiency, and sustainable design
Deploying generative AI capabilities to automate and optimize engineering workflows, supporting the organizational goal of minimizing manual intervention
Serve as the CTO for one or more education products, holding ownership of foundational competencies and generating business value through flawless execution and strategic leadership

Required

4+ years of experience in roles with complete technical and delivery accountability for a revenue-generating product
Proven track record building product features that leverage advanced Generative AI capabilities
Experience applying Generative AI to streamline and simplify operational processes
