Senior IT Change Management Consultant

Responsibilities

Lead change management initiatives for enterprise IT portal enhancements and system implementations
Apply ADKAR model and other change methodologies to drive successful adoption
Develop comprehensive change strategies, communication plans, and training programs
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels
Conduct change readiness assessments and impact analyses
Create and deliver change management artifacts including stakeholder maps, communication matrices, and training materials
Monitor adoption metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless change implementation
Operate independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strategic alignment

Required

6-10 years of change management consulting experience
Proven expertise with ADKAR methodology and change management frameworks

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field

Preferred

Change management certification (Prosci, Kotter, or similar)
Experience in utility or energy sector highly valued
